Shipping Information
We offer various shipping options to ensure your order reaches you in a timely manner. In some cases, a third-party supplier may manage our inventory and handle the shipping of your products.
Free Shipping
We provide free Standard shipping on all orders.
International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship within the country.
Order Delays
If there are any delays in delivering your order, we will promptly notify you and provide a revised estimated delivery date.
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Please note that the returned item(s) must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. You'll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund decision via email. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
Important notes:
- All returned products must be in their original condition, unwashed, and with product tags attached.
- Please ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during return transit. We are not responsible for returns until they reach our return address. Retain proof of postage for reference and tracking.
- Gift cards, flash sale items, final sale items, and special sales items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
- Sets cannot be refunded individually.
- If you used a combination of a coupon and regular payment, only the amount exceeding the coupon value is refundable. Coupons generally cannot be recovered.
