Trying movements of your hands down to towards the center of the pillow and a little bit above it. Now rapidly squeeze, let go, and catch the pillow.

Do this several times. After squeezing the pillows, shake them, put them on your bed again, and then beat the pillow with your flat hand and fists on every side. While you fluff the perfect pillow, you'll be singing song all day!

With a bamboo pillow, the concept is no different, but due to the heavier material within, you'll want to take a few extra seconds to get it well aerated and get the memory foam shreds well separated.

First off, give your pillow a good shake and flip it over a few times to help break up any memory foam shreds that may be pushed up against one another.

It's always a good way to fluff your pillow by giving it a few punches, kneads, and smacks. This makes it easy to break up the inner materials. Also, allows better airflow and overall fluffiness. By this, you are giving the needed airflow in and around the pillow. This not only helps eliminate unwanted odors but also helps create a long-term re-fluff.

Expose it to the sun

In case your pillows have lost their thickness due to moisture, then exposing them to the sun might be a game-changer.
